Privacy enquiries

Creative404 is the brand you are contacting. You can reach its team through the website contact form or on WhatsApp at +34 697 240 855. If your request concerns personal data, please say so at the start of your message.

Contact form

We ask for your name, email address, project type and message to understand your needs and reply. Your phone number is optional. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive information.

We use these details to handle your request and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. The checkbox records your agreement to this use; if you request a proposal, we also carry out the necessary steps before a potential contract.

The server hosted by DreamHost sends your message to Creative404's mailbox, managed through Gmail. Your email address is included as the reply address so the team can respond. No automatic replies or copies to other visitors are sent. The form confirmation means that the server has accepted the email for sending; it does not certify delivery to the inbox.

The enquiry is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and meet any applicable obligations. You may request its deletion when it is no longer needed, subject to any retention obligations that apply.

Spam prevention and security

The CAPTCHA is generated on the server itself and does not use an external provider. Loading it creates the technical session cookie C404_CONTACT_V1, which links the check to your browser and helps prevent unauthorised submissions. It expires when the browser session ends, according to your browser settings.

The CAPTCHA expires after 10 minutes and permits one answer attempt. A temporary submission receipt is kept in the session for up to 30 minutes to prevent duplicate emails if the connection is interrupted. Spam limits use technical records with a protected representation of the IP address, without storing the form message in those records; old records are removed through periodic cleanup. The hosting provider may maintain its own access and security logs.

AI web advisor

The advisor is an artificial intelligence system. To generate an answer, your question and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI. When document search is available, a numerical representation of the question is used to find relevant information through Pinecone. These providers process information under their terms and the service configuration.

Do not share information in the chat that you do not want to send to these services. Answers may contain mistakes: confirm project terms with the team. The advisor does not email your enquiry, create a contract, take payments or make bookings. To send Creative404 a request, use the contact form or WhatsApp.

The chat uses a technical session to limit abuse. It does not use the contact form fields to generate answers. Processing by technology providers may take place outside the European Economic Area, subject to the terms and safeguards applicable to each service.

WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp buttons open that service only when you select them. Any subsequent conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's terms. Opening the link does not automatically send the contents of the form or the chat.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for processing based on it; this does not affect processing already carried out. Send your request to the team through the contact form, identifying the right you wish to exercise. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested where necessary.

If you believe your request has not been handled appropriately, you can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
